{"id":7795,"date":"2023-11-09T14:22:52","date_gmt":"2023-11-09T13:22:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.customsrl.com\/?p=7795"},"modified":"2023-11-14T12:56:05","modified_gmt":"2023-11-14T11:56:05","slug":"stazioni-di-ricarica-evse","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/customsrl.com\/en\/stazioni-di-ricarica-evse\/","title":{"rendered":"Stazioni di ricarica: collaudare con EVSE Test Bench di CustoM 2.0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In order for a more sustainable transport future-oriented towards electrified mobility, <strong>charging stations for electric vehicles<\/strong>, technically <strong>EVSE<\/strong> (Electric Vehicle Supply Equipments), are fundamental.<\/p>\n<p>The EVSE plays a crucial role in supporting the growth of electric vehicle adoption as it must be able to provide users with fast and accessible charging anywhere.<br \/>\nThe increase in the territory of an increasingly widespread network of charging stations for electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles reduces range anxiety and increasingly encourages the use of electric vehicles in numerous and varied sectors, not only in private.<\/p>\n<h3>Fully customized EV charging station test benches<\/h3>\n<p>CustoM 2.0, an expert in the creation of customized test benches, has long been dealing with the needs of those who work in the field of electrification and specifically in the production of Electric Vehicle Supply equipment, creating its EVSE Test Bench.<\/p>\n<p>EVSE Test Bench is one of the latest additions to CustoM 2.0 and was created <strong>specifically for testing Fast Charger motorway charging stations<\/strong>.<br \/>\nA <strong>particular test bench for charging stations<\/strong>, because it is capable of managing two vehicles with a charging power of 60 kWatt per station at a maximum voltage of 800 Volt.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>EVSE Test Bench<\/strong> consists of a 60 kWatt load (either resistive or electronic load) and a communication control unit for managing the electronic communication interface (vehicle simulation).<br \/>\nThe EVSE tests one charging station at a time and manages both the CCS1 (Combined Charging System Type 1) connection and the CCS2 (Combined Charging System Type 2) connection.<br \/>\nThe interface test is carried out via a COMEMSO box i<strong>ntegrated by CustoM 2.0<\/strong> with the iTECH power load. The partnership with CALPOWER SRL has allowed this high level of integration.<\/p>\n<p>Custom 2.0&#8217;s expertise<strong> is realized by integrating all the parts in a safety context<\/strong>, allowing the test station operator to connect the charging station to the three-phase line safely and to monitor any overloads or insulation losses throughout the phase of testing.<\/p>\n<p>CustoM 2.0
