As a matter of fact, in the last 10 years, CustoM 2.0 has successfully dealt with various revamping projects of test cells for automotive components, in line with the corporate philosophy of CustoM 2.0 which guarantees a revamping characterized by innovative solutions, fully customizable at the highest levels of quality and performance.<\/p>\n<p>Test cell revamping solutions are implemented through:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Updating and\/or replacement of electrical power cabinets<\/li>\n<li>Supply and\/or replacement of cell facilities<\/li>\n<li>Hydraulic system<\/li>\n<li>Ventilation system<\/li>\n<li>Air conditioning system<\/li>\n<li>Safety system (safety PLC, dedicated sensors)<\/li>\n<li>Others<\/li>\n<li>Updating and\/or replacement of the acquisition and control systems of the bench<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Modernization of the systems used by the operator in the control cell<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acquisition software<\/li>\n<li>Automation software<\/li>\n<li>System control synoptic<\/li>\n<li>Safety management system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The revamping activities are normally managed not only thanks to a specialized team with cutting-edge knowledge in the operational context but also thanks to the contribution of consolidated partners who deal with the activities of dismantling, installation, laying, testing, and commissioning of all facilities that operate in dialogue with the test bench systems.<\/p>\n<p>The CustoM 2.0 test cell and test bench revamping solutions allow our customers to innovate their pre-existing systems with actions aimed at satisfying both market demands and compliance with new regulations and their implementation.<\/p>\n<p>CustoM 2.0 Services and engineering solutions since 1988 in REVAMPING SYSTEMS, ROBOTICS, TESTING SOLUTIONS<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CustoM 2.0, during its thirty-year experience, has always had to deal with issues, projects and solutions that are closely linked to revamping test cells.
