The system can be described by the following steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PC: the supervision software is developed in LabVIEW and contains the operator interface and the historical database. This component is used to manage the test parameters, to track the historical data and alarms and save the test report.<\/li>\n<li>CompactDAQ: implements the scheduling of the test steps and regulation of the loads applied to the bearings.<\/li>\n<li>Electric cabinet: contains the servo-drive to manage the motor power for the bearing\u2019s motion and to condition the signals supplied by the sensors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"section-heading\"><\/div>\n<p>Main Products:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Software Universal TB<\/li>\n<li>Universal Bearings Testing Benches<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"107\" data-end=\"282\">CustoM 2.0, in collaboration with MeasureIT, NI, and Emerson, has developed an advanced telemetry solution designed to ensure high-precision measurements on rotating shafts.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"284\" data-end=\"422\">This has been achieved through the implementation of a robust interface between the software platform and the CAEMAX D telemetry system.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"424\" data-end=\"654\">The project demonstrates the system\u2019s high reliability and scalability, enabling the acquisition and storage of additional data channels without requiring changes to the software version and without any degradation in performance.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"424\" data-end=\"654\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/customsrl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/schemaTelemetria.png\" alt=\"Telemetry integration on Test Bench\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>These HW \/ SW systems are designed to test the performance of bearings.
