This application, made for a manufacturer of components destined for the automotive industry, has engaged CustoM 2.0 in the full automation implementation including the design and construction of the electrical control panel and robot handling<\/p>\n

The station is responsible to perform some operations on the laser welding of small dimension components. The critical issues faced were mainly related to the accuracy and speed of the production phase of the customer’s product.<\/p>\n

Customized laser welding stations, including the design and construction of an electrical control panel and robot movement, are capable of operating on small-sized components with a high degree of precision and speed in the production phase.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
