The installation in 2021 of photovoltaic panels on the roof of the company’s Strada del Portone headquarters in Grugliasco with related EVSE charging stations for internal use and the recent partnership with ElectroFit Systems for the Electrical Retrofit are some of the many Environmental Sustainability and Circular Economy actions implemented by CustoM 2.0.

ECONOMICAL SUSTAINABILITY

CustoM 2.0 is at the forefront of investment in innovation, technology and digitization. For several years, the company has been introducing digitization of internal procedures through its proprietary BusSolA (Business Solutions Advanced) software, a revolutionary tool that has transformed the effectiveness and efficiency of many business activities. Thanks to BusSolA, personnel management, activity accounting, job order management control and other operations, in general, have been optimized, generating significant economic value for the company and for the work performance of the figures involved.
In addition, CustoM 2.0 is working on the implementation of a warehouse accounting management system integrated with its management system. This innovation will enable precise and transparent tracking of raw materials purchased, used and discarded, as well as packaging and waste. This is another step toward a more rigorous and sustainable management of resources, which represents for CustoM 2.0 a concrete commitment to a business model that enables the company’s long-term sustenance but is mindful of the environment, social welfare, and fair and forward-looking governance.

ANTI-CORRUPTION POLICY

CustoM 2.0 not only pursues quality in its products and services, but also places a strong emphasis on legality, transparency, ethics, and honesty.

In line with these principles, CustoM 2.0 decided to join the initiative of the Italian Antitrust Authority (AGCM), which aims to promote ethical principles in corporate behaviour and reward the most virtuous companies, both economically and judicially.
The AGCM has recognized CustoM 2.0’s efforts by awarding it a legality rating, which confirms that the company has met minimum requirements and fulfilled additional requirements.
