Bench Powertrain Sizes


Based on power (kW), speed (RPM), and torque (Nm) requirements, as well as the functional needs of the customer’s application, CustoM 2.0 offers three standard sizes for the EV-SYS system:

Standard Torquemeter

CustoM 2.0 uses, for all sizes of the system, a standard torque transducer with the following characteristics:

  • Nominal torques: 50Nm-10kNm
  • Accuracy class: 0.05
  • Nominal speeds: up to 24,000 rpm
  • Measurement freq. range: up to 6 kHz

Mechanical & Supports

Within the Power DYNO module, CustoM 2.0 provides standard supports for all sizes, while additional components (such as flanges, shafts, and couplings) are custom-designed according to the DUT.
