The second EV-SYS module contains all the components needed for power supply and electrical power storage.
The sizing of this module varies depending on the DUT’s power (kW) and the type of test the customer needs to perform. CustoM 2.0 defines the best solution for power supplies, ensuring robust performance with capacities up to 300 kW.

CustoM 2.0 integrates its power management and safety sub-racks with the following functions:

BP/FC Container


The customer could have the need to use the Real Battery Pack or a Real Fuel Cell instead of the emulators to test the correct integration of the battery/fuel cell in the e-powertrain.
CustoM 2.0 proposes the implementation of a dedicated container with the following features:
– native heating/cooling system
– safety system
– fire detection system
– fire extinguishing system
– indoor or outdoor installation available

BMS Workstation / EMULATION


Together with the BP/FC Container, CustoM 2.0 proposes a dedicated workstation for the Battery/Fuel Cell Management System.
This workstation allows the user both to set the parameters of the Battery/Fuel Cell emulator and to monitor and modify the BMS of the Battery Pack or the electronic of the Fuel Cell.
