The fourth module of EV-SYS includes a set of advanced features (purchasable as options) useful for carrying out compliance tests or prototyping or even component emulation.

PCU (Powertrain Control Unit) Development & Test

If the customer is interested in developing vehicle code, CustoM 2.0 has provided the possibility of having a PCU workstation for rapid prototyping, consisting of:

  • DSPACE Microautobox
  • DSPACE Control Desk software
  • Dedicated laptop PC

Additionally, if you lack some of the required expertise, we can provide direct support for the design and implementation of your e-powertrain PCU in collaboration with our partner, ElectroFIT Systems.

Emulators

CustoM 2.0 offers several optional software modules, including emulators useful for e-Powertrain development and fine-tuning.
Here are some examples:

  • vehicle emulator
  • driver emulator
  • road emulator

UNECE Compliance Tests

With EV-SYS, if you choose the UNECE software module, you can run the certification tests like R85 and R101 to be ready to obtain the homologation of your e-powertrain.
