Great success for EV-Sys Integrated Testing Room at E-TECH Europe!<\/h3>\n

The participation of CustoM 2.0 at E-TECH EUROPE was an extraordinary opportunity to present a revolutionary version of our Integrated Testing Room for ePowertrain.<\/p>\n

EV-SYS<\/strong><\/a> is a \u2018complete and portable\u2019 Test Room for testing electric Powertrains and its presence at E-Tech Europe has aroused great interest.<\/p>\n

Numerous visiting companies, stimulated by this innovative solution, appreciated the proposal and expressed their interest in the context of the development of electrification.<\/p>\n

Battery Emulator Testing: CustoM 2.0’s JBoxX (Junction Box X) is born<\/h3>\n

\"Battery<\/p>\n

The Battery Emulator plays<\/strong> a decisive role in the electrification revolution by facilitating the testing, development, simulation and optimization of various aspects related to electric vehicles (EV) or renewable energy systems.<\/p>\n

The Battery Emulator Junction Box X<\/strong> proposed on the market by CustoM 2.0 is composed of Bi-directional power supplies<\/strong> (expandable up to a power of 2MW), the BMS<\/strong> (Battery Management System) and a customized Box able to facilitate the connection to the Battery Emulator<\/strong> on both the AC<\/strong> network side and the DUT<\/strong> (DC) side.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, the JBoxX includes the implementation of additional components: Low Voltage power supply, universal insulation controller (Isometer), and power contactors for system Safety management.<\/p>\n

One of the innovative features that give greater versatility to the Battery Emulator JBoxX is that it is also available in a \u201cmobile\u201d version<\/strong> equipped with wheels that allow for agile transport to the different test rooms and allow testing on different elements of the powertrain.<\/p>\n

Battery emulators are a valuable tool in the electrification revolution<\/strong>, and CustoM 2.0 with the Battery Emulator JBoxX aims to contribute to a successful green transition towards a cleaner and more sustainable energy future.<\/p>\n

Test benches for electro-spindles are an essential component<\/strong> for controlling their life cycle.
\nBy ensuring that these components operate to the required standards, they contribute to significantly improving the efficiency and reliability of CNC machine tools.<\/p>\n

The architecture of this innovative bench<\/strong> is based on one or more completely independent stations, each of which is equipped with:<\/p>\n

  • Electric Control and Measurement Panel for precise and safe management of tests<\/li>\n
  • Motor Drive Inverter integrated into the control panel for optimal control of speed and performance<\/li>\n
  • Operator Panel where the operator can safely and intuitively configure the test, manage alarms, and set parameters with a high level of customization<\/li>\n
  • Mechanical Structure that allows different types of positioning of the Electrospindles with related safety devices and guards also to perform Duration Tests<\/li>\n
  • Cooling Chiller to maintain the optimal temperature during tests, preventing overheating<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
